You may be here due to feeling disconnected from your partner... or because you have challenges with your thoughts and/or emotions. For individuals struggling with mental health issues, I find Internal Family Systems to be most helpful. For individuals and couples I find a hybrid of Imago Relationship Therapy and the IFS protocol for couples, Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO), to be effective in improving navigation of the rapids of a relationship. I am a Certified Advanced Imago Relationship Therapist, and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Levels One and Two trained therapist. I am an elder with 19 years of clinical experience assisting with relationship/marital issues and individual challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, etc. I also offer Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy in Ramona, CA.
