Change can be difficult, feeling stuck can be frustrating, and life transitions can be overwhelming! It takes a lot of courage to ask for help and I respect the people that do so and want to make a positive change in their life. My strength and passion lies in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, parenting, difficulties with relationships and careers. I seek to create an environment that is safe, warm, and supportive. I approach therapy collaboratively and compassionately, drawing from CBT, person-centered and humanistic therapy.
