As a therapist, I am committed to helping clients be their best selves, and providing a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming space. My therapeutic model focuses on family systems work, helping clients to gain an understanding of how one’s family of origin and life experiences shape their beliefs, thought patterns and behaviors. I help my clients to unpack beliefs and behaviors that are feeling hurtful and unproductive, helping to gain new perspective and coping skills.
