Everyone deserves to have a place where they can just let it all out and not care one bit what the person across from them thinks. Clients often come to me with insecurities, low self-esteem, battling with depression, simply feeling beat up by life. I work to provide individuals, families and couples with a safe, confidential and empathetic environment where they can feel comfortable telling their truth. I am passionate about helping individuals identify the barriers preventing them from finding their life’s purpose and achieving goals they set for themselves. The therapeutic process is very difficult, as it presents many unknowns.
