Each of us carries an ache. Sometimes it’s the quiet voice saying “I’m not enough,” and others it shows up in relationships as distance, doubt, or feeling alone. You may not have the language for it, but it shows up in your body as tightness in your chest or a heaviness in the gut. However it appears, it deserves care. I work with adults and young adults moving through anxiety, depression, life transitions, developmental trauma and relationship pain. Together, we’ll tend to the parts that feel tender stuck or uncertain while helping you build the tools, relationships and support that make life clearer and more vibrant.
