Welcome! I am a clinical social worker, in private practice for the past 5 years. My practice specializes in treating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and working with LGBTQ+ individuals. I operate according to strengths-based and person-in-environment approaches, emphasizing holistic well-being rooted in the intersection of neurobiology and mental health. I often work with childhood and adult trauma survivors specifically within the contexts of attachment, interpersonal trauma, and sexual violence. Further clinical experience includes student mental health, identity work, grief, and sexual health.
