At times I know life can be daunting and overwhelming with life stressors, the complexity that comes with navigating relationships, or perhaps the feeling that something is holding you back from reaching your full potential; yet part of you wants to feel better and move forward. I have specific experience working with individuals, couples, and families who struggle mental health issues and trauma. In my practice, I am affirming of people of all backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
