Life can be overwhelming and sometimes we need someone to come alongside us as we walk through life’s challenges. As a mental health therapist, I feel my primary function is working with clients to assist them in finding inner peace and to help them work through troubling situations. I also believe it is important to treat clients holistically in order to help them find a good life balance. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as other psychological theories. I work with a host of different issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictions.
