I like working with adults relating to various issues including anxiety, depression, struggles with self-esteem, and life transitions. An area of specialization includes working with couples and individuals to increase healthy relationship dynamics and change interaction patterns. I feel that all individuals deserve the opportunity to achieve their goals and find comfort within their lives and relationships with others. My counseling style encompasses various approaches including strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and emotionally focused methods but largely depends on the needs of the client and their desired outcomes for therapy.
