My ideal client is someone who is tired of feeling overwhelmed by their emotions, responsibilities, or relationships and is ready to collaborate together to grow into the version of themselves they have always wanted. They may be navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or big life transitions and want structure, clarity, and support. They crave practical tools, emotional relief, and a space where they don’t have to mask or perform—just show up as themselves and grow at their own pace. I ensure unconditional positive regard and compassion lead the way but that is not to be confused with enabling behaviors that do not serve their goals.
