Our world and our experiences can cause us to feel hopeless, overwhelmed with anxious thoughts and worries, and empty from a loss of connection and meaning. Navigating relationships can involve immense stress and uncertainty, especially when we feel increasingly separated from a sense of community and belonging. I work with clients who are seeking to understand and heal from their experiences and relationships, who may be struggling to find belonging and connection, who may feel overwhelmed by anxiety and depression and need a trusted space where they will feel heard and supported and learn skills to meet life's challenges. My specialties include depression, anxiety, family and relationship issues, codependency, healing from abuse, self-esteem, self-defeating thought patterns, and OCD. I am empathetic, genuine, and nonjudgmental. Together, we will come to a greater understanding of your inner struggles and develop tools you can use towards your personal healing and growth.
