As we move through life, we may find ourselves feeling disconnected with our sense of Self, and in turn, our innate wisdom. This disconnection can create a deep sense of grief, confusion, loneliness and overwhelm. How we've been conditioned to respond to this sense of disconnection can also bring about it's own devastating and disorienting challenges. However, I wholly believe we as humans have an intrinsic capacity for healing and demonstrate boundless strength even in the darkest of moments.
