People are often aware of things they do that they wish they could change - this is the focus of the developmental and cognitive behavioral approaches I provide - effective personal change driven by the needs and goals of the client. Working in mental health and school psychology for decades has given me exposure to a variety of treatment approaches which I combine to address your individual needs and goals. Structured cognitive behavioral interventions are combined with developmental training, acceptance and commitment approaches in my work.
