Every person deserves to be heard, understood, and recognized for their unique qualities; that wonderful feeling of relief when someone finally understands you, empathizes with you, and just “gets you” is truly incomparable. I truly believe that more important than any skill or technique I've learned is the importance of the relationship between my client and myself. My clients will have a space where they can be themselves and will begin the process of understanding, accepting, and valuing themselves. I work with young women who may be dating or newly married trying to navigate relationships and life transitions. I also work with women and teens who may be experiencing anxiety and depression. I use a trauma and attachment based lens with the belief that sometimes we may need to go back, in order to move forward.
