I enjoy assisting people in their journey to overcome life changes, trauma, depression, anxiety, family of origin issues, parenting issues, grief and loss, and self-image. I practice from an eclectic variety of therapies and healing practices from my personal values of compassion, empathy and creativity. I also offer EMDR and audio-visual entrainment. I integrate practices from many points of view and life experiences into the creation of client-centered treatment plan, from a healing, wellness and happiness perspective.
