If you've lived much of your life in a larger body and felt alone, misunderstood, or unsupported, you're not alone. I specialize in working with adults navigating the psychological and emotional impacts of obesity, lifelong weight struggles, and weight loss, including medicalized weight interventions such as GLP-1 medications and bariatric-adjacent care. My work focuses on identity shifts, shame, self-esteem, control, food noise, fear of regain, and the emotional complexity that accompanies changes in the body.
