I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience. My areas of specialty are helping people experiencing anxiety, depression, and history of trauma. I also address relationship difficulties, workplace stress and self-esteem problems. We will identify what is at the root of your struggle, and set goals together. I listen deeply to fully understand what brings you to therapy, and to understand who you are. My interest is in working with those who want to know themselves better, and to increase one's ability to feel in charge of how they face life's challenges.
