Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in various clinical settings. I strongly believe that each person already holds the capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change. My role as a clinician is to offer a warm, genuine, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard and supported. Through a collaborative, person-centered approach, I guide clients in exploring their experiences, honoring their values, finding their strengths, and moving towards a fulfilling and meaningful life. During our first session together, clients can expect a brief overview of the therapy process and my unique person-centered approach. As we begin to build a therapeutic relationship, clients can share as much or as little as they would like regarding the reasons for seeking therapy.
