Hi, I’m Norma Elia Luna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the therapist behind Sol de Luna. Life can feel overwhelming and unpredictable, and at times it may seem difficult to find your way forward. My role is to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re carrying stress, anxiety, grief, or the weight of past experiences, and to walk alongside you with compassion and clarity. My approach weaves together practical tools with a focus on calming the nervous system and strengthening your sense of self. I take a person-centered, compassionate, and integrative approach to therapy, incorporating mind, body, and spirit. Along with understanding how culture and societal issues influence an individual.
