North Salem Psychotherapy is a group therapy practice serving women and teen girls in Westchester County, NY. We offer thoughtful, evidence-based therapy in a calm, supportive environment for individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Our office is located in Croton Falls, a hamlet within the town of North Salem, NY. We provide in-person therapy as well as telehealth services throughout New York State. Perinatal mental health services, including pregnancy and postpartum support, are offered by select clinicians within our practice to ensure appropriate training and fit. Many of our clients are high-functioning on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside. We also support parents seeking care for their teens and individuals navigating the emotional transitions of pregnancy and early parenthood.
