Hurts can be healed, past or present. While I work with many different issues, I specialize in working with people with trauma, those who are grieving or struggling with any kind of loss, couples and relationship issues, and compassion fatigue for those who care for others. While therapy is not easy, I believe change and healing are possible, regardless of your circumstances, hurts, or issues you are facing. My greatest pleasure and joy in my 25+ years as a therapist has been to witness my clients achieve what they never thought possible. The approach I use means I get to know you as an individual and will partner with you to work toward your goals at your pace.
