I am an empathetic counselor who works collaboratively with clients to help them live their best life. I believe that individuals are their own "specialists" in their lives. My job is to help them discover their skills and provide them with tools to empower their lives. This is achieved through a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. I have experiences providing group, individual, and couples therapy. My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution Therapy, Trauma-Informed Mindfulness, and Dialectical Therapy (DBT).
