I firmly believe that everyone needs a little support from time to time. Life can have a way of pushing us past our limits and challenging us in unpredictable ways. I currently work with first responders, civilians, and families by helping them find ways to weather tough times. I believe that my role is to compassionately guide people to effect the change that they want to see. It is an honor and privilege to walk alongside my clients on their journey to healing and wellness. View 4 Photos I am a retired Firefighter/ EMT and now a pre-licensed psychotherapist. I work with people who have experienced trauma, both personally and professionally. My life experience and education has suited me well to work with folks who struggle with symptoms related to PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and gender/sexuality concerns.
