My ideal clients are children, adolescents, and teenagers who are struggling emotionally or behaviorally, and the families who love them but feel unsure how to help. These clients are often facing challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), PTSD, emotional regulation issues, or school-related difficulties. Their struggles may show up as irritability, withdrawal, academic problems, low self-esteem, frequent outbursts, or family conflict. Sometimes the behaviors are loud and visible. Other times, they’re quiet, internal, and easy to miss—but just as important.
