You really want to enjoy life but everything seems daunting. You feel stuck, overwhelmed and confused. Life can be challenging but you don't have to go through this alone. My first aim in therapy is to create a space where you feel safe and heard. Together we embark on a journey of greater insight to understand what is holding you back and to create possibilities for change. I see therapy as a collaborative process: I bring my skills and experience, and you bring your whole self, your strengths and vulnerabilities, your fears and desires. My goal is to help you live a full and meaningful life in a way that feels true to you.
