It definitely is a Nu Day! My mission is to support clients to be the best person they can be by resolving their past, being mindful of the present, and hopeful for the future. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help clients challenge their thoughts to reframe them in efforts of modifying the emotions and behaviors connected to those often negative thoughts. Additionally, I am a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counseling Interns.
