Many of my clients are young adults, immigrants, or trauma survivors who have been told to be strong and not take up too much space, but are worn out from holding it all together. Some come in carrying guilt for setting boundaries, others feel emotionally numb or unsure of what they need. Many are simply seeking space to reflect and explore their inner world, or move toward meaningful change, whatever that might look like for them.
