I provide trauma-informed somatic counseling for Neurodivergent adults and parents. I collaborate with clients on their growth journey and advocate for their well-being. We work to identify and dismantle internalized ableism and oppression, and help clients move from self-doubt and shame to self-acceptance, self-appreciation, and self-trust.
