Hello, my name is Nycole I appreciate you being here I understand the courage and vulnerability it takes to seek therapy and ask for support. I consider my approach to be heart centered and lean on authenticity and genuine connection when caring for others. I believe effective therapy is built on trust, your guidance, hopes, goals and openness. My hope is for you to lean on your own strengths to feel empowered, use your voice and trust your body, emotions and experiences. My experience includes working with youth and families in crisis in in-patient and out-patient settings as well as residential group care. I am DBT certified, EMDR trained and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I also have training in CBT and ACT and am a registered Yoga Teacher.
