EMDR Immediate Availability! We work with Teenagers, Adults, Couples and Families. Oak Mountain Therapy, located at the Velvet Mill, provides care to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We bring together practitioners who are passionate about the mind-body connection with a focus on Trauma, Chronic Illness, Anxiety, Grief, Postpartum & Pregnancy, and Stress care. We believe in educating and empowering individuals on their mind-body connection and have a plan in place when times get hard. Our focus is genuine connection with some humor thrown in, individuals who are wanting support & accountability.
