I hold dual master’s degrees in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Louisiana Monroe. My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed care with a strong foundation in narrative therapy. I also integrate techniques from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), grief counseling, and attachment-based practices.
