I truly believe we all have the resources within us to grow and heal. However, there are times we become "stuck" in life and overcome with fear or other blocks. I am passionate in helping clients recognize deeper/underlying issues or past traumatic experiences that can impair a person's function each day. I have over 15 years of experience, specializing in anxiety, depression, C-PTSD, and complex trauma (Ie childhood/attachment trauma, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, DV, grief/loss). I also have an extensive background providing parenting support, especially for children who have experienced trauma or attachment injuries. I am passionate in using modalities beyond talk therapy, such as somatic work and EMDR, a research-based treatment that facilitates the brain's own capacity to rewire and heal. I additionally incorporate inner child/parts work and expressive arts into our sessions as well, to address subconscious blocks and ultimately improve your overall sense of worth.
