Transitions like - divorce, adult dating, job or career changes, working with aging parents, your own life stages, empty nesting, loss of a loved one or pet. There are so many things that come up in life that adults need to work through - at times this can cause anxiety, depression or just confusion which can impact your outlook and how you are interacting with others.
