My passion is working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, or the impact of having experienced trauma. These struggles can affect one or more areas of your life making it difficult to maintain healthy relationships, be your best at work, take care of responsibilities at home, and find joy in life. You may have difficulty trusting others, have sleep or eating disturbances, have difficulty concentrating, or loss of interest in things you used to enjoy.
