I provide support and tools for healing to survivors of all forms of violence, including first responders and frontline providers. I also work with young adults who are navigating varying life transitions such as relationships and career changes, and managing anxiety and everyday stressors. My practice has been refined in many settings including preventative child welfare agencies, traditional victim services, restorative justice programming and mental health practices.
