Hi, I am a clinical social worker based in Massachusetts. I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. As a therapist, I help adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health disorders, (ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, etc), increase regulation skills, self-awareness, social awareness, conflict resolution skills, and problem-solving skills. I have worked with many clients to help manage stress, develop healthy boundaries, improve communication, develop coping strategies, and increase parenting skills. The first session will consist of brief introduction, a list of questions for the client to understand who they are, their needs, how they cope, past experience with therapy, what brings the client to therapy, and the client's therapy goals.
