About

Starting therapy is not easy. But neither is living the life of disappointments and regrets. If you feel you are in a dead end, if your job is boring and ungratifying and the relationships are toxic or lack depth and zest, if you struggle with finding your place in this world or even question whether life is worth living, perhaps it is time to examine your life choices and remove the blocks that hold you from finding meaning, happiness, and purpose. I practice psychotherapy that is informed by the traditions of psychoanalysis and look at each individual in the context of this person's unique experiences and unique life story. In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision for recent MSWs towards licensure. As a therapist, I try to create a therapeutic space where self-exploration becomes possible and one can safely delve into the most basic and yet the most complex questions of one’s own existence: Who am I and what is it like to be me in this world?
