My expertise, informed by 25+ years of practice and training in a variety of evidence based, practical and creative methods, helps people work through habitual patterns and unexpected crises. My clients learn to treat themselves with compassion rather than judgement. Released from these pressures they enjoy the freedom of personal choice and healthy relationships. We are mistakenly led to believe that certain behaviors will quiet our unrest; however what lies beneath are psychological challenges such as depression, overwhelming stress and anxiety, anger, panic, perfectionism and addictions.
