Are you looking to connect with a more authentic version of yourself? Life can be demanding, and I aim to empower you with what you need. My approach uses many different methods, all aimed to assist with what is happening in your life. I am passionate about helping clients find ways to life by their values, make changes where they need, and recognize their strengths. I often work with clients going through periods of self discovery, relationship changes or challenges, and a variety of other issues- including anxiety, stress, life transitions, self esteem, and sexual issues. My practice is LGBTQIA+-celebratory, sex-positive, non-monogamy-affirming, kink-aware, and sex worker-affirming. Our lives are complex, and I make sure to acknowledge where the different parts of our lives intersect to create unique challenges. To do so, I draw from an eclectic mix of approaches in order to find the best fit for you.
