Welcome! My name is Olivia Benoit; I became a Licensed Drug and Alcohol counselor in 2018 and a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2022. My journey in the mental health field began in 2012 and over the past decade. I have had the privilege of working in a variety of outpatient and inpatient settings. I have primarily worked with young adults, teens and adolescents; facing challenges like depression, anxiety, substance abuse, women’s issues, and adjustment disorders. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, fears, and concerns.
