I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across Connecticut and New York. My approach is rooted in the understanding that every individual’s life story is complex and that healing requires both compassion and insight. I take the time to truly understand each of my client’s internal experience, while also exploring the external pressures and systems that may be impacting their well-being. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, relationship/family conflict, life transitions, and behavioral concerns.
