My ideal clients are children who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or relational challenges, along with their parents or caregivers who are seeking support and guidance. These children may struggle with anxiety, difficulty managing emotions, or challenges in peer or family relationships. They may be navigating transitions such as divorce, relocation, or other stressors, and need a safe, compassionate space where they can feel seen, heard, and supported. Their parents often want to better understand their child’s needs, learn effective strategies to support them, and strengthen the parent-child relationship.
