Reaching out for help can be hard especially when you're carrying the weight of life's stressors. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. In the therapy room, you don’t have to perform or protect. it's a space where you can let the mask fall, set down what you’ve been carrying, and have someone hold it with you, gently and without judgment.
