My potential clients would be dealing with anxiety and/or depression caused by work stress, family issues, or difficult life transitions. They may potentially be dealing with trauma related to experiences they had while growing up, or recent incidences that have happened in their lives. Their goals are to process their experiences, and to develop positive coping skills that can help them to manage the emotions that come with the difficulties in their lives. They may also want to help grow positive relationships with friends or family members that can be positive supports for them.
