I also work closely with individuals who are reexamining their relationships with substances, offering a compassionate, harm-reduction approach that honors autonomy and meets you exactly where you are. I’m especially committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and welcome conversations about gender identity, sexual orientation, and overall well-being. My work is holistic and integrative, drawing from approaches such as CBT, talk therapy, play-assisted therapy, eco-therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
