I value the courage it takes to seek out help. As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals navigating life’s difficult transitions, managing the weight of anxiety and depression, or coping with the complexities of grief and stress. My initial focus is building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients where they feel comfortable sharing anything that’s on their mind. Using both an individualized and collaborative approach to therapy, I meet each person where they are and tailor my work to fit my client’s unique needs and goals.
