I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Kentucky and have worked within community mental health programs gaining experience with people of all ages who may have a diagnosis including but not limited to PTSD, bipolar, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and addictive disorders. I have a keen interest in cognitive neuroscience as it relates to the mechanisms of psychopathology and prefer a holistic approach to therapy, striving for best practices of emotional, cognitive, and physical wholeness.
