I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing individual therapy for adults as well as couples and families. My areas of focus are with pastraumas, abuse, addictions, eating disorders, body image concerns, self-harming behaviors, abandonment, Bipolar Disorder, obsessive compulsive disorders, anxiety, and loss. My other areas of concentration are marriage counseling, the challenges of parenting, sibling conflicts, infidelity, and conflict resolution skills. I offer pre-marital counseling focusing on the transition into marriage, establishing effective communication skills, hearing/understanding partner perspective, assumptions made about partner's thoughts/experiences, and how the couple can approach challenges life may bring to their relationships.
