As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I enjoy working with children, adolescents and young adults struggling with social/communication difficulties, grief, anxiety, depression, anger, poor self esteem, and poor coping patterns, to name a few. I aim to help with healing beyond traditional counseling interventions and through experiential learning, behavior modification, and mindfulness. I assist with establishing healthy and effective coping strategies and lifestyle habits that encourage and promote mental health and wellness. I offer individual sessions with clients ages 4-21. I utilize positive, goal-oriented interactions to help meet therapy goals, including but not limited to, behavior modification, emotional regulation and expression, enhancement of communication skills, and encouragement of healthy lifestyle habits that promote mental health.
