My clients come in with anxiety, trauma, identity questions, or relationship issues. They are thoughtful, capable, and often exhausted from holding it together. They may understand their patterns intellectually but struggle to shift them in practice. They come to therapy to find a new perspective and to help identify the best path to becoming the person they want to be. I have a background in neuropsychology from the University of Oxford as well as a masters in clinical psychology from Santa Clara. I am trained in EMDR and work especially with LGBTQ clients.
